You can login to your account at suppo.co/members/login. If you need to reset your password you can do that by visting the login page and by clicking the forgot password link below the green login button.
If your membership expires you can always renew by logging in a visiting the signup page. All your information, templates and your template url are saved and will be avaliable to you again.
If your membership expires you will not be able to make any changes to your template and your template will be offline when you don't have an active membership. If you choose to renew your template will automatically be active again.
You can view your payment history at anytime by visiting suppo.co/members/member/payment-history
You can view your and edit your personal details and password by visiting suppo.co/members/profile
Currently we have 2 plans avaliable on Suppo. We have the Basic Plan and the Pro Plan.
With the Pro Plan the cost of membership is $24/mo new members will get a 14 day free trial, upon signup you will setup a recurring payment via paypal for $0 for the first month and $24 for every month there after.
With the Basic Plan the cost of membership is $14/mo new members will get a 14 day free trial, upon signup you will setup a recurring payment via paypal for $0 for the first month and $14 for every month there after.
Upon signup you will create a recurring payment via Paypal, this recurring payment will be charged from your paypal account every month with no action form the user.
If you have a Basic plan and wish to upgrade to the Pro plan you can do so at anytime by visting the Signup page you may need to cancel your existing Basic plan, you can do this by visting your payments page at suppo.co/members/payment-history.
You can cancel your subscription at anytime by visting your payments page at suppo.co/members/payment-history.
